Girls Handmade Navy Blue Nautical Pleated Collared Dress (10/12 Girls)

There isn’t a size tag on this dress, but after assessing measurements, I believe this dress to be a kids size 10/12). Measurements are included in photos. It is navy blue with white lining, a buttoned star piece and the middle and a red and white polka dotted bow that has been safety pinned in the center as well. The material feels like linen, and there are two nautical buttons on the faux pockets. This dress is absolutely adorable!
