New and sealed. This stuff smells amazing! I have used a few in the past, but I bought more than I could use myself. It leaves hair soft and manageable. It detangles, controls frizz, protects color, seals split ends, restores silliness and shine, enhances body, and protects from chlorine and salt water. This is a rinse out product - apply to clean damp hair, leave on for a few minutes, and rinse out. I have two of this size available - just let me know if you’d like both.
