$3.00 on sale when purchased as part of a bundle. This is a black floral skater skirt by L.A. Hearts. It’s has an elastic waistband. The mini skirt is a size XS and is in good to very good condition. It has some normal wash wear/pilling per the fabric, but otherwise no stains or tears. Any questions please feel free to ask.
