3 pc Vintage Seymour Mann, Kent Garden collection

I have 3 plates from the Kent garden collection. The first plate has some little chips on the bottom. Other than that all three plates are in good shape. I did take a pic of the green leaves where it looks like the paint is scratched however it does not feel like it is scratched. It is still smooth. Please see pics
