3 inch heel Gold colored open toe sandals

3 inch heel Gold colored open toe sandals. Size printed on sandals is 42. However length on the tape as pictured shows about 9 inches. I got these thinking they converted to U.S size according to the chart but it was too small for me and the merchant had a no return policy I didn't know about, hence never wore the sandals. Posted for lowest price to cover shipping. Thanks
