bhans28 @gkelizabeth hi! I didn’t think it was. It’s more soft feeling. I will double check when I get home, but I think the arms are lined on the inside with that shiny wind breaker type fabric.

bhans28 @cjgrayfox pit to wrist is 18 inches. It says dry clean only but other jackets like this I’ve had from old navy I’ve put in wash machine and they come out okay.
