3 for $30. NWOT Flowy grey blouse with buttons down the back

I bought this, cut off the tags, and then never wore it. it is a beautiful flowy blouse with buttons down the back. there are pleats on the front and back and a couple flaws, pulls in the material..it feels delicate. would be super cute with jeans or dress pants and worn alone or layered under a blazer.
