Vintage 90s ruffled short sleeve button-down office blouse with chain print. Fabric is somewhat sheer and has a micro crinkle to it. There are small belt loops on each side. Can be worn with or without a belt. In great condition. No flaws. Size 4. Bust 36" Waist 26"
