New without tags, size medium "Irma" style tunic, made by Lularoe. Never even tried on - must have lost the tag during packing and moving. Amazing fall color on this beautiful tunic! The best way to describe the color is heathered turmeric yellow. The photos are fairly accurate in depicting the color. Top is true to size (many Irmas run large) Soft cotton feel, not stretchy.
