The piece that has a flaw is the bow. It was originally pinned to a tutu skirt but came off. Get creative and super glue it to a piece of your choosing(tutu skirt, hair scrunchy, etc). Garter is a little small. *Tights worn once many years ago but not for many hours. Selling as is. Comes from a home w/pets though stored away.
