This adorable romper would be perfect for Easter any special occasion. It features a tie front, with the same fabric underneath. The straps are not adjustable. The measurement from the strap to the waist seam is 15-16”. The fabric stretches. The measurement from the waist to the crotch is 14”. The inseam is 19”. This probably supposed to fit above the ankle. The length from should to seam is 45”. This has been freshly laundered and washed up beautifully with no ironing!
