All out of the package but in near excellent condition. Santa, Reindeer Rudy and Santa's little helpers. All is included but the bottom half of Reindeer Rudy's weapon which is what makes this set near excellent. These are from Todd Mcfarlane so the detail is crazy. Its a great pick up to all collectors especially with X-Mas coming.
