ladymoondance I am not sure I recently gained weight from some medical reasons but I have tried other adhesive bras and it looked like I needed an extra three cup sizes. I'm srill around a 34 or 36 rhat is my usual size but cup size i am around a DDD to DDDD😊😊😊. I recently bought a deep plunge adhesive that is a D cup and it's too small by 2-3 cup size
