This skirt is a handmade item that I purchased from a boutique. Beautiful piece and so adorable for Christmas pictures! Only worn once for pictures. The size is 2t but has a very good stretch band at the top, giving about 4-5 extra inches if needed (estimation). Would recommend wearing leggings under if you plan on wearing on an older child.
