There is a single pearl accent on one side of the closure and then a simulated diamond studded half sphere on the other. I believe this piece is from the 1970s. It is in pristine condition. It will come in a generic velvet bag. If you look at the last pic, there are two tiny rhinestones missing, but it’s barely noticeable. And my price reflects this “as is” condition.
