@valariegillard Sorry, I canโt. Moissanites this quality approx retail is $600 per carat. I can go this low bcz I have my own source of Moissanites that I have cut to my specifications, make my own settings & have no middlemen anywhere but a bigger carat still ups the price. I sell the 1.5ct version of this off Posh for $500. I got started making jewelry bcz of what I learned here so I still offer my friends/family prices on here.

@pinkazur No problem as they come in all shades. Mine are grade D (highest), VVS which is same as a high grade D diamonds.
My Moissys can be next to a diamond & a jeweler at a typical jewelry store not know. Also many times mine will be clearer as most ppl donโt own โDโ diamonds & have G-I.

@pinkazur Yes, I can do that. 14k gold is made of 58.3% gold & the rest is nickel. 14k โwhite goldโ is 14k gold which is pale yellow dipped in Rhodium (1 of the 5 platinums & most expensive upgrade) & the Rhodium is what you see as a shiny white of โwhite goldโ.
I do the same process except I use sterling 935 silver as the base instead of 14k (which is only 58% gold & rest nickel).

@pinkazur I am going to start making them with the 14k gold alloy/mixture as the middle base but itโll be a month or bit more as Iโm a bit behind in making a batch of current orders.
Also, the gold as a base under the Rhodium plating instead of silver makes it a couple $Hundred more as itโs priced higher than the silver even though the outside is the same Rhodium finish for both aka identical in outward finish & appearance.

I read some of the comments but Iโm not sure if you have the 1.5 carat in silver. I know 2carat will be too big on my hands and if itโs not real diamond I donโt wanna go that big. & 1.5 will fit my real band. Would you be able to do any setting?

@satkat I also source the gems myself, have them cut to my specifications when I purchase. Then after passing a Gemologistโs grade of D, VVS1 all my gems get inscribed on itโs girdle/โwaistโ both the gemologist report serial # & my TM (Jewel Eternal). So if you just needed the gem for your settings I could sell just that too.

@wlove143 I donโt currently. I have some Oval designs sketched out a bit but havenโt had time to be able to focus on them yet. If left to my own schedule itโll probably be February before I get a couple Oval sizes ready to be listed. I do prioritize orders to start with a deposit of half & it takes approx 3 weeks. And if you prefer to wait just let me know your size & Iโll tag you when ready.

All Moissanite will have a rainbow look as itโs molecular structure causes a double refraction of light. It cannot be anything but.
A diamond has only a single refraction of light which is why Moissanites have a higher Fire rating than a diamond.

At best my quality can be matched but Iโm involved with directing the lab in how to grow the gems from the beginning and my hubs has a degree in molecular bio (along with 3 others) & have an understanding of the structure to a very high degree.

For example: most Moissanite are 9.25-9.5 on the Mohs (hardness) scale.
Mine are 9.5-10. When you test on a Moissanite tester, they test as diamonds and *NOT* Moissanite.
I also grow sapphire and rubies in the lab now as well. *interesting side fact: They are the same rock actually but color is caused from different impurities inside it. A ruby is just a red sapphire though.

@ellynsstudio Yes. Just remember that in the warmer summer months our fingers swell a little. I have a few adjusters that can attach to the inside band that I can include so you can play around with how much of a difference you need.

@jesim21 The 1.5ct is 7.5mm & the 2ct is 8mm so they are only a .5mm difference. Itโs really so small a difference that unless you have teeny fingers/hands 99% of ppl donโt even notice. If, when I make more, you still want a 1.5ct instead, Iโll exchange the 2ct for the 1.5ct. Honestly though Iโve never had anyone come back for the smaller once they get the 2ct. I donโt have any 1ct yet but Iโll probably add those this March/April-ish.

@danamichelle486 Not only does it look near identical, carbon (what makes diamonds) & silicon carbide (what makes Moissanite) Silicon and carbon are among the most similar elements on the periodic table. Many of the compounds created using carbon or silicon are almost twins including Moissanite. 99% of people will think itโs a diamond. Only someone who knows Moissanite inside and out can tell the difference. Mine are so close that even the Moissanite testers register them as diamonds.

@danamichelle486 โwhite goldโ isnโt real. 14k gold is a mixture of 58% gold & 42% nickel/zinc. They use this pale yellow as the base and plate it with Rhodium platinum to cover the pale yellow. I do the exact same thing except I use solid sterling silver as the base with Rhodium over it.
So white gold is just platinum plated over a mixture of half gold.

@danamichelle486 Sterling silver is FAR too soft to hold a hard diamond or Moissanite. Youโll bump your hand in daily wear and the prong will shift possibly losing the gem.
Any seller of Moissanite set in Silver is cheap mass produced junk. It just wonโt last.

@danamichelle486 I can make using solid 14k gold but remember thatโs just 14 out of 24 parts gold & the rest nickel/zinc. It raises the price approx $300 bcz gold costs more despite it not being the best practical option. I also do solid Platinum for the solid white color. It also ups the price but if you donโt want plated those are the only 2 options out there.

To custom cut/make the ring with only .25ct bigger is such a small amount (a couple hairs width) that the price I would have to charge for my time to remake would be too high to justify it.
A 2ct is 8mm & a 3ct is only 1mm bigger (9mm).
.25ct is about 1/4 of a millimeter which you wouldnโt be able to tell the difference when looking at it.
