NWOT (Boutique item, didn't come with tags). Pretty boho-chic tiered maxi with feminine details. Skirt is sheer with knee-length slip underneath. Belt is attached. This is a reposh as this skirt didn't work for me. Measures approximately 35" in length. Elastic waist measures approximately 13" across (while flat). ONE SIZE, but I'd say it would best fit XS, S, & M. Also, it's a nice length on me (I'm 5'3) so it would likely work well if you're on the shorter side.
