The napkin and plastic utensil are being held in with plastic tabs, so not sure if those were placed by thrift store, or if the placemats were actually manufactured by a company. Either way they are adorable and will add so much country charm to your table or picnic. The measure 12"x17". Tops are plaid burgundy color, the bottoms are dark blue, the edging is plain burgundy, the pockets are actual jean pockets.
