If stitches removed from hem, will it leave holes? Currently what is the measurement from shoulder to hem? TY!

Hello! The sweater is currently 24” long, and if you let down the hem, it would be approx 26.5” long. I do not believe there would be any holes if you removed the hem . You probably would need to give it a little steam or an iron. Let me know if you’re still interested — it’s a beautiful sweater — I’m just not wearing it and it deserves to be out in the world!
