Worn only once. Can be wore with either side in front. One is rouched and the other has a cinch pull that you can tighten on the breast bone. The sleeves have elastic at a few points which creates a puffy bubble sleeve effect. Very cute. Technically a size medium but runs small. Would be better suited to a size small in my opinion. I also have the matching skirt listed. $2 if purchased with three or more items.
