rocksikk @lauren_carter17 I believe it could but I feel that the sleeves are quite tight around the elbow and forearm so it's better for smaller arms.. they do come quite short so I folded them. I added some pics to hopefully give you a better idea of it. I'm 5'3" and 36C.
