26 US Navy Reed & Barton Silco Flatware USN Spoon Fork Unknown Plated Knives

The spoon with the cutout handle is Silco, I don't know what brand the knives are, the rest is Reed & Barton. They all have US, or USN on them. I polished up the knives a little, but they still have patina or tarnish. I washed the stainless pieces also, but during the process of taking photos noticed the fork prongs aren't perfectly clean.
