24M Carter's Overalls Dress

Cotton floral dress from Carter's in size 24 months (24M). Overalls style but the cross back straps are sewn in and do not adjust. Elastic around the back of the waist. Has a small rope bow sewn onto the front of the waist - looks like it could be a drawstring but it's decorative. Color is a medium pink and the flowers are lighter pinks and navy blue.
