24 Piece Pigtail Hairbow Bundle

These are 3-inch bows. These had hair ties attached to the back, but I removed them. I wanted my daughter to be able to wear these, but at the time she didn't have enough hair to put into a hair tie. I removed them and replaced them with a bobby pin. This way she could have little tiny pigtails with bows.
