El Casko 23k gold plated pencil sharpener. This one is vintage from the early 1990’s. Lovely antique replica vibes on this. A weighted bottom helps anchor it in the desk, a gold plated disc atop a small arm, pulls down to also anchor it on the desk. I love the detail of the small glass window on top through which you can see the “works”. An extremely well made pencil sharpener made in the tradition of old school accessories for your desk or library. Perfect for the writer or desk jockey who has everything! In wonderful barely used condition with the exception of the shaft of the handle where much of the gold plate has worn off and the red shows through. These retail for a very high price, so this is a good value. Dimensions: approximately 6 inches high, the circular base is approximately 4.25 inches diameter. Thank you for looking!
