Claudia originated in a bakery outside of Paris over 225 years ago. She has been under my care since 11.15.2024💕 Disclaimer: The dehydrated sourdough starter you will receive is composed of wheat flour, water, & sourdough organisms, presumed to be "wild" yeast & lactobacillus bacteria. The amount is 5 Grams, sufficient to start several cultures. It is cultured, dried, & packaged under sanitary, but not sterile, conditions by Yana Michel who adheres to the methods used.
