2/$25 NWOT Red Carter Embroidered Calypso Dress

Super cute Red Carter dress that can be dress up up or down. Beautiful embroidered fabric in a rust color. Elastic with a raw edge around the top, criss cross back, and adjustable straps. Can also be worn strapless with the straps tucked in. There’s a button and buttonhole in the front center which might have been for a detachable bow which I don’t have, but the buttonhole is unnoticeable from the front. Sz XS but can fit a small because of the elastic & adjustable straps. Brand new w/o tags.
