This is so cute and well made. Made of 70% cotton and 30% linen. It would be so cute with sandals and a cute top, I love the button up front! It opens up completely, I didn't show that but they are true buttons not decoration. Measurements: Waist: 11 3/4" Length: 13 3/4" Stretch: None
