Vintage handmade dress featuring a button-front placket with beautiful pink and gold buttons, ties at the neck, puff shoulders, long sleeves, an elasticated waist, and soft, lightweight fabrication (no interior tags but it feels like cotton or maybe a cotton/rayon blend). Unlined. Seems well-made overall but the interior stitching isn't as neat/finished as you'd see on a mass produced garment.
