debbie_packer @dmattes27284 Hello. The length is 23". The armpit to armpit measurement is 22" flat. I didn't include this in the listing because I didn't want to confuse anyone. It's not a standard-fitting top that has actual armpits. It's loose-fitting layers that don't cling to you, which is great for warm and humid days. It's actually very comfortable to wear.
