Used condition, has some normal wear for age. Spot on the eye, one foot needs a small sew job, one string on the hat has disconnected (but can be hidden by the hat- see pics). He stands on his own but can be tricky finding that perfect balance for him to stay up since you have to work with his legs and feet to find the perfect position. He measures about 22-23” depending on if you measure to the hat/fluff it up a little (see measurement pics for your own opinion).
