Got these in the UK as replacements for a pair that died. Right earbud does not magnetically stay in the case anymore. I think a charging pin might be bent just a little. My brother put a rubber band holding the earbud to the case and it charged no problem. He suggested a piece of foam or something to stick in the top over just that one and said it should work great.
