2-1/2" Connie Sellecca Black Suede Heels

This is a pair of Size 7-1/2 Med Black Suede Dress 2-1/2" Heels. These were sold by Montgomery Wards. These are from my deceased Wife's collection. She wore these with her Mr Black Black Pants Suit. She modeled these with the Suit in Early 90s for an Elks Fashion Show!! She purchased them after the show!! I tried to take pics best I could to show wear.I Do Not understand all the letters and Nos on Box a what they mean!!
