20s Style Flapper Party Hat

Designer women's special Great Gatsby party event hat. The hat is made from all-natural material fibers. I have covered the crown and brim with a black fabric that has been designed with floral motif in dazzling black glitter a perfect hat for out and about on the town. The hat has been decorated with peacock shimmering dupioni silk for the brim binding, hat band and accents. The band has a floral lace and sequined overlay for a touch of pizazz. Medium (22 to 22 1/2") This hat is made to fit a medium size. There is NO adjustment which means this is a perfect fit and will not have that crumpled back which is what you get with those cheaper adjustable type hats. How to measure your head.... Take a cloth measuring tape around the back of your head and over your ears. Have the tape meet on your forehead where you want the hat to sit. Do this several times as an accurate measurement is important.
