OFF CENTER STRIKES on both sides! 10-0049 This coin does have DIE CHIPS as shown/marked on the face picture, and as shown as marks on the front bust on the cheek. These are MINT ERRORs, not scratches or defects. Dies for the coins, even though highly lubricated because of the intense pressure/heat involved, will have chips break off an attach to the coin. As a result, the DIE CHIPS become raised metal on the face of the coin and are quite common all all coins. They are considered a MINT ERROR, and each coin is unique - a collector's dream.
