This is brand new and is dated 2016. It is a remote control thomas for ages 3 and up. this is a good size thomas he is about 10 inches long 8 inches tall. The front of the box has a rip in it but the toy is brand new. His steam is color changing. And he says vocal phrases and has realistic train sounds.
