2014 UTAH NATIONAL PARK ERROR QUARTER

I'm pretty sure this is year 2014 national parks quarter series. Annealing/lamination error is obvious from pics. Extremely weak strike on both sides. in addition to that, this coin also has multiple die chips. 2 die chips on front. 1 on Washington's nose as seen thru loupe in pic. 2nd die chip is above the Y in liberty, not pictured. Also possible 3rd die chip between the E and T in "IN GOD WE TRUST" Reverse has the same lamination error and 2 other die chips. one pictured at the foot of the right arch. 2nd one is either a die chip or gouge about half way up between the arches. not sure, but all die chips are visible with naked eye. POSSIBLE POST MINT DAMAGE: dent in rim, and scrapes on back. Gouge or indentation on front under the UN in United States. 2 shops say its post mint damage. one shop said mint error because the inner copper core is exposed and offered 20 for the coin. pricing this as a mint error coin with post mint damage to be on the safe side.
