Has some light paint wear from light play. WORKS. Will NOT come with batteries bc it makes it have to travel with a HAZARD label and I think that slows it down. Says at least 3 sayings and plays music. Sir Topham Hatt can be seen on one side standing at the cargo door. There are photos of the battery case to show it is clean. Takes 2 of the small watch type batteries. If I have a chance to post a video of it working before it sells, I will do so.
