Black dress, 3/4 sleeve scoop/drape back with satin-texture twist tie ribbon detail at top of back. One of the two hanger loops is unattached at one part (does not impact dress in any way). Do not see any flaws with the dress-infrequent or no wear but it has been washed. Sleeves about 13” from armpit, length about 30” from the armpit Great black dress
