2009 Care Bear Bubble Maker- 654 $15 or $12 w/offer

This 2009 Care Bear bubble maker creates soapy based bubbles. I am not sure how it works or even then if it still works. It has a handle that once pulled back opens the head to automatically dispense bubbles. The figure needs a good cleaning and scratches. Sold as is. I hope it test it soon. It is about 8” tall
