2004 Mattel Fisher Price Sesame Street It's Check Up Time Talking Elmo Plush

Elmo has no box but has the tag still attached that needs to be removed to take him out of demo mode. I did NOT open his battery compartment to try fresh batteries. Has some yellowing on his eyes due to age.
