2003 Mcdonalds He-Man Masters Of The Universe #2 Skeletor Twisting Action Figure. 2003 McDonald’s Happy Meal toy for He-Man Masters Of The Universe #2 Skeletor. He’s about 4” tall and doesn’t move except for the waist which twists back and forth. He is missing his weapon but he is in great condition with minimal signs of wear or having been played with.
