2003 Fatory Sealed Exclusive GI Joe Valor vs. Venom A.P.C Transport Hasbro

(New) Never opened and is sealed. The box is in more than far condition. (SEE PICTURES FOR A BETTER IDEA) Some rips and indentations. I have taken pictures of the major damage to the box.
