2000’s Era Gap Prairie Dress

Super cute navy blue ruffle Gap dress. Bought this new in the early 2000’s and it’s been passed through my two sisters and I several times around and time for it’s new home! Simple and flattering, great for spring and summer, dress it up or down. Knee length and has a little tie at the waist. Tag size small, fits true to size.
