allurajewelry @quynh_nga i shipped your earrings and they scanned into Poshmark with the shipping label provided by them. please check. You would have definitely received a confirmation email as I did when the post office scanned them in. If there are any issues beyond that, please take it up with Poshmark. I can not do anything once item is scanned in.

I can message Poshmark as well to inform them of the situation, but you need to message them Right away so they can inquire with the post office what exactly happened.
