2 sided- Rotates Native American Sterling Pendant with 24" HAN Italy 925 Chain

Vintage Native American Sterling Silver 2-sided Inlaid Pendant that Rotates. It is inlaid with a turquoise and coral stone, as well as two white mother of pearl stones (one on each side). It comes with a 24" HAN Italian Sterling Silver Chain. The pendant alone measures about 1" and with the rotating loop, measures approx. 1.5". See photos for details.
