Skirts are red satin material with separate pieces of colored tulle like material all around the skirt. Fun to twirl in! One size - the waist band is elastic and measures approximately 13” across unstretched. Length approx 13”. I bought these for my teenage daughters for a parade but ended up wearing something different. Smoke-free home.
