2 piece Book and DVD. Set Jean Martin Fortier best gardening dvd and book ever!!

I have a book The market Gardner by Jean Martin Fortier Canadian . The dvd was bought separately but these should be a package deal. These are the best dvd and book out there so far. We want to give someone a chance to have the full feel of what these have to offer. The only thing is when we moved the cover of the book was bent please see pics.
