astormer3 @lsdd13 Hello. I always put the measurements in my pics, but this one has a lot of stretch, so that measurement is not really how it would wear. It would fit down to that small and about another 3”. I would say it would go up to a size 27, which is my current size (size 4 in ladies). I have fluctuated and was a 26 (size 2) for awhile when wearing x-small. The waist folds, so you can adjust the height and wear as high waisted or low waisted. It has that stretch to it. I hope that helps.
