New without tags, I saw this at the store and it was marked as xs so I bought it but didn’t realize it is a plus size dress so xs on the city chic website correlates to size 14, I am a size 0 or 2 so this could work for many sizes in between depending on the desired fit, it is very flowy on me, this honestly also might be a regular cold shoulder top, it is a mini dress length on me but I am 5’ and normally a size xs/s Send offers!!
